So it does take a while to assemble, its not difficult, just time consuming. If two adults worked on them together I think everything could be done in a couple hours. Cushions are comfortable and everything looks nice. I wish there was something to tie the cushions to the chairs and ottoman, I feel a strong wind might send them flying. We were missing some pieces when it was delivered, customer service took care of everything and was friendly and easy to work with and sent out the missing pieces.
