Update: I reached out to the company and they resolved the issue below by sending me a full new set of joints within a few days.This is my third time buying this product. The first two times went great and I'm happy with them. This third time however, it was like a completely different product! They provided extra parts in the container, but joint after joint snapped and broke (part #5 if the company is actually reading this).Then, when I try to just get the part replaced (it's a small plastic joint), you have to return the entire thing! So now I have to disassemble the entire thing, find a suitable return box (wife threw away the box it came in), go to the post office, and return it?!?! I don't think so!Terrible return policy; this company needs to make replacement parts available to customers, especially after the other reviews about faulty parts!
