There are 2 full sets ( a total of 4 pieces). I will update this review and add a photo in a few months. Upon arrival, these are SO MUCH BETTER than anything you purchase in-store. All of the store brands were 1/2-1/4 of the thickness of these. However, the number one thing that led me to find the perfect cushions was that I hated the texture of the store brands. We previously purchased some cushions from Lowe's, but I had to keep them covered with a blanket because they were scratchy/rough. I went to all the other stores popular for carrying outdoor cushions, and they were all similar, flat, and scratchy. On the contrary, these are soft, rich in color, and very thick. They have removable covers so you can wash them if needed. We have them under a large covered porch in a getaway home and take them inside when we are away, so time will tell how well they hold up. As for the product, when you initially receive it, you will not be disappointed.I read many, if not all, of the reviews, and I was concerned about them not being the same color (we ordered 4 sets of 2 in navy) or that they may not expand properly. Thankfully, we did not have any issues. The color Navy has a broad range of hues. These are definitely in the Navy family, and I would say they are more toward the blue hue side than black.They are tightly bound with thick plastic, and you must be careful not to puncture the product when removing the packaging...
