Looks dept: very attractive set appearing more expensive than its' budget cost, excellent bang for the buck. All wicker was intertwined perfectly with zero issues, nice construction. Color is a dark brown espresso, pictures are very accurate. The whole set really classes up my gazebo, this is an upgrade for an older set of lawn chairs. Comfort: well, this is where I have problems. The cushions are just way too soft (for me), I prefer a more dense more firm cushion, possibly too firm for some of you. The back cushions in particular have virtually no support, you just sink right in. Thankfully the cushion fabric unzips so you can swap them out for a foam density more to your liking. Easy to put construct although I had to look at the loveseat several times before figuring it out otherwise quite simple. The wicker is lightweight so these are easy to handle for one person, easy to move around. So to recap looks great, pads are a little thin--this is a rock solid four star especially for the price.I thought the price was reasonable, assembly was easy, I've only sat in it for a few mins but they seem comfortable. Waiting for my deck to get done to start using them. The one thing I didn't like was the description said it came with 2 free pillows and a cover. When it arrived I didn't have that. I sent a message and I was told that my furniture didn't come with that. I explained to them that when I placed my ordered it was listed; when I noticed I didn't have it I double checked, it was still listed that way. When they told me no I looked and that part was gone so I sent them a new message. All they could do is tell me I was wrong and it didn't come with all that and they havent change there discrptions. I wasn't happy about that. Wishing had a screen shot of what I actually purchased.Pros: sturdy, easy to assemble, attractive, on time Cons: thin cushions (not nearly as thick as advertised), WAY to deep. At 5'6" I cannot sit with my back touching the back of the chair or love seat with knees anywhere near the edge of the seat! You need at least 2 extra pillows to reach the ground.The cushions are too thin and the seat cushions are too hard. I purchased pillows so we could sit back comfortably. For the price, you can’t beat it, if you want comfort, spend a little more money.This set is awesome for the price and very comfortable. Would have been 5 stars if the seller would have included the accent pillows and cover that were advertised. Note to self, always take a screenshot of the listing just in case there is a dispute.Nice little patio set. It was easy to assemble. Make sure you are aligning the sides correctly and don’t tighten all the screws until all the pieces are together. Lightly screw them in the beginning and tighten them at the end. The color is nice and same as in the picture. It’s not too big but comfortable to sit. Happy with the purchaseNo complaints whatsoever! This feels like a high quality/durable set. The rattan material seems sturdy. The cushions are very thick and comfortable. The furniture pieces are deep and wide making them great for larger people. I am 6’2 and 230lbs and it’s really comfortable. I’ve only just gotten them so I can’t say for sure how it will hold up but so far I highly recommend!Wish set had better way to put it together. The screws are small and not enough of them
