Let me start by saying I only write reviews if a product and Customer Service is amazing or terrible.#1-This product had one rating and no reviews. Which made me extremely hesitant to purchase this patio set.#2-The photo does not do this patio set justice. This patio set is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is heavy duty! The chairs and cushions are extremely comfortable. I love the fact that the leaf is built into the table. I purchased the Burgundy.#3- The patio set arrived with the table in one box and four boxes with two chairs in each box.#4-I suggest you definitely purchase for the set to be assembled.#5-Once the patio set was put together, I did a look over and noticed some surface scratches and dents. Even though these were minor it was upsetting because the set is so expensive. It was obvious this occurred during manufacturing.#6-I contacted Amazon customer service and I was put in contact with the seller. The seller reached out to me immediately and requested photos which I emailed.#7-The seller was extremely quick responding once the photos were received.#8-After some negotiation the seller refunded me $425.00.#9-I would absolutely purchase from this seller again.
