Color remains true.The paint job is more like a chalky white wash. No gloss and poorly painted. The wood was never prepared before painting. The end of one piece of wood on the back was cracked where you insert the nut. I like the design and that you get a table and ottoman but be prepared to have to paint everything upon opening box.Sadly this item arrived defective and damaged. It was covered in dings and dents and the paint and finish were incomplete and low quality. But on a positive note the return was easy and I was refunded so aside from having to buy elsewhere at least there was no hassle getting my money back.Love the chairs. And they are very comfy. Put fade quickly in the sunOrdered 2 sets after reading all of the positive reviews. Very disappointed! Both tables arrived with a scratch and two chips in each table. Holes were not set evenly making assembly difficult. After 10 days outside the back, seat and footrest began yellowing from original white color.Great chair and table for the priceThis seems easy enough to assemble but we didn’t bother because 3 pieces are cracked or broken in the box. Disappointing. Now we have to pack it back up to return. Don’t buy this product.
