As other reviewers mentioned, the top doesn't close to be water-tight. That didn't bother me too much because I didn't store anything in it that couldn't get wet. If that is a concern, steer clear.What really bothers me is that after less than 1 year, the top is faded to an ugly tan/gray color. The sides appear to still be the same brown as when purchased. Not happy and may need to replace these with better quality ones long before I should.
