Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation? During the installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws during the installation until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place. Can the cushion covers be removable and washable? The covers have zippers and can be washed. Do I need to remove the cushions during rain? The cushion cover is water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store in dry place when not in use.

All the pieces are very well made and not difficult to assemble. The instructions were pretty clear on what to do. The set itself is beautiful. *(The ottomans and beige pillows were purchased separately and are not part of the 6 piece set).I am so glad we bought this in the Spring, I'm looking forward to relaxing on it all summer! I love the fire pit ?! We tried it once so far and even on low, it puts out a nice flame and warmth. It comes with lava rock but I might change to a pretty blue firepit glass at some point.All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and have nothing but good to say about Ovios and their Customer Service Team!
