I so want to love this but it appears my set may have been neglected and exposed to long term moisture as each piece within the set (except the tables) were rusted. The individual chairs were damaged along the armrests and it appears I may have received a set that was carelessly patched rather than repaired or new as advertised. For the loveseat, I received the wrong set of installation instructions and an incorrect number of screws to complete the installation. Rather than lose money on returning this set, I've opted to invest more money to repair the rust and damage. For the money one spends on a product, the seller could at least verify and then reverify the quality and condition of their products before it goes on a pallet for shipping to the consumer. Also, it's worth mentioning to your potential buyers that the red cushions and metal frame colors do not match across your product inventory. I also purchased the 3pc bistro rocking set (fire engine red with black frame) in hopes of matching it with this 5pc set (cranberry red with brown frame). I love the 3pc set, no issues at all. This set is a different story.Seems very sturdy, cushions are good quility. Was very happy with it when I first put it together. But.... I have had it on my deck for two months and was very disappointed when I saw rust on most of the weld spots. Guess I'll have to get some paint and go over them again.I bought this set because I didn’t want dog hair collecting all around a low couch or table. It’s easy enough to sweep and hose around. I put it together without help. The cushions are are made of a heavy canvas that is not soft to the touch. They are very generic and cheap feeling.It looked good the first summer but now the paint job is pretty crappy. Not sure if it is from the heat or not but it blistered, peeled off and now rusting.Once I started to address the rust issue by sand papering and attempting to spray paint the blisters and bubbles basically peeled off to reveal rust under the paint. This chair has been under a covered patio. I believe this chair was rusted before it was ever even painted. Which is why the paint blistered underneath.I love this set. It fits on my deck perfectly and is very comfortable. The set came in two separate boxes and everything was well packaged. Setup was easy but I would recommend two sets of hands to make it go faster. The cushions come with attached tie down strings but I have had no issues with them moving around so I prefer not to use them. For the price these are excellent quality and I would recommend them.Rcvd in 2 boxes a few days apart, hubby put together, not difficult however no written instructions, just pictures and screws all labeled as d but they are not the same so he had to keep track himself and took longer that it should have if instructions we correct or better. the weld spots on back to the 2 chairs had some rust so I sprayed with some matte rustoleum to help preserve. Cushions on chairs are a bit thin with any weight but the cushion on bench more dense, not great but not terrible, set a bit over priced once shipping, tax and delivery added though. Would buy again if less than 400 total for set with all total costs.I purchased this patio set about a month ago and I’m pretty pleased with it. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy. My only complaint is the cushions are already sinking in and looking weathered. I’m not sure how long the cushions are going last considering how they look after just a month. I do like how the cushions tie to the seat so they aren’t blowing all over my backyard so that’s a plus. This set is nice for a small patio like mine, anything bigger and I wouldn’t have any patio left. We will see how the cushions hold up and I’ll update my review if they start wearing down even more.Furniture was better quality than I expected. Cushions are nice and thick. They also dry quickly after getting wet. Packaging was missing one of the chain's parts and I have to wait 2 months for a replacement.The set was nice once all the pieces finally were delivered. Received 1/2 the set and other 1/2, a month later after my inquiry. Pretty easy to assemble.
